These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 2jj ("2jj", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at 2jj.bio. 3.1 Single Account Policy. Each user may hold only one (1) active account on the 2jj platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities or payment methods, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances subject to investigation.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for account closure.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 2jj login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 2jj will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.4 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal, 2jj will require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification by submitting a valid government-issued identification document (such as a CNIC or passport) and, where required, proof of address and payment method ownership. 2jj reserves the right to request such documentation at any time.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 2jj accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (TRC20). Available payment methods and applicable minimum/maximum transaction limits are displayed in the 2jj cashier and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Currency. All deposits, balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on 2jj are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 2jj does not accept foreign currency deposits directly; any currency conversion that may occur on the user's payment provider side is outside 2jj's control.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification, wagering requirement clearance (where applicable), and fraud checks. 2jj aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. 2jj reserves the right to delay processing pending satisfactory completion of any required checks.
4.4 Minimum Balances. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the 2jj cashier. Requests below stated minimums will not be processed.
4.5 Third-Party Payments. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. 2jj does not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. Payments identified as originating from third-party accounts may be reversed and the associated account investigated.
5.1 General. All bets and wagers placed on the 2jj sportsbook and casino are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, game, or sport. Game-specific rules are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. 2jj reserves the right to decline, cancel, or limit any bet at its discretion, including without limitation where the platform suspects misuse, error, or system fault. Bets placed on erroneous odds published due to technical error may be voided.
5.3 Game Outcomes. Casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live casino games, by real-world physical outcomes conducted by live dealers in professional studios. 2jj does not manipulate game outcomes.
5.4 Disconnection. In the event of a disconnection during a live game or betting event, 2jj will resolve the matter in accordance with the rules applicable to that specific game or market. 2jj shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its reasonable control.
6.1 Any bonuses, free bets, or promotional offers made available through 2jj are subject to specific terms and conditions published with each promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotional terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
6.2 Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational use only. 2jj reserves the right to withdraw, void, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus is being exploited, abused, or claimed in bad faith, including through the use of multiple accounts, systematic play designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or coordination with other players.
6.3 Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jj platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any 2jj content without prior written consent.
9.1 The 2jj platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 2jj makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2jj shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.3 2jj's total aggregate liability to any individual user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that user to 2jj in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

10.1 2jj is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing users with tools to manage their gambling activity. These tools include deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. You may request self-exclusion from the 2jj platform at any time by contacting customer support or using the self-exclusion tool in your account settings. During a self-exclusion period, 2jj will take reasonable steps to prevent access to your account. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the designated exclusion period expires.
10.3 Deposit Limits. You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your 2jj account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

11.1 Closure by User. You may close your 2jj account at any time by contacting customer support. Subject to completion of any applicable verification and the absence of fraud investigations, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method.
11.2 Closure by 2jj. 2jj reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of breach of these Terms, fraud, failure to complete KYC, or any other conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms violation, 2jj may withhold balances pending investigation.
11.3 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be classified as inactive. 2jj reserves the right to apply an inactivity policy, details of which will be communicated to users via the registered email address where required by applicable policy.
2jj reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the change taking effect. Your continued use of the 2jj platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account.
13.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gambling regulatory frameworks and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2jj is registered as an operator.
13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and 2jj, you should first contact 2jj's customer support team, who will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter informally. Formal dispute escalation procedures are set out in 2jj's customer support documentation.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
